[APRIL 25, 2023: ACTION: Update this whole Page (and its links and UX) to an ongoing CHMT Project. All INTERNAL Notes now MUST be stored in the offline Project Docs and in a way that the positive milestones achieved become new baseline practices.  Basic change made today is to ensure the Page Title is showcased better (white space on right) and the ‘signature image/weenie/trademark’ is centred in the lhc and thus more prominent and thus a CUE that triggers recognition of this theme and framework.]

[APRIL 12, 2023: SEE the various notes now on the ‘Start Page.’ This clearly needs to be a Page designed massively as a Page that sets out your main SB script(2) and achieves powerful Curiosity. It should NOT thus solely present the 21st Century High Performing Organization. The real starting point is the content that positions YOU as THE GUIDE to solve the reader’s various challenges/problems [which you express with Empathy]… and conveying asap your total authority via the fact/story that you researched 200+ cases of successful change … successful adapting to change and thriving in the face of daunting challenges, uncertainty, risks and even enemies. … A key up-front / ‘Start Here’ message ALSO needs to be the FOUR reasons the 1990s fundamentally changed the world – and how most people still don’t understand three of those four reasons.

The whole Page needs to be a new Page … with full width design and a column for Ref’s and Further Reading. THEN, you need to add the sub-page “The 21st Century Learner.”]. [Mar. 18: No. That text/idea doesn’t belong here.  This Page should now get straight to the Cycle+Squares+Text Visual that EXPLAINS and teaches the core ideas asap … as well as setting out the WHYs, quotes, and Names, Names, Names.] If that title sounds like an oversell, I invite you to retain that human gift called skepticism. Use it. Ask questions. Look for evidence. Choose to think for yourself and choose to grow.
